Do we accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. All costs for telehealth visits are out of pocket.

I need to cancel my appointment. Can I get a refund?

Refund schedule is as follows:

-Cancelation with at least 24 hours notice- complete refund of the visit cost

-Cancelation with at least 12 hours notice- refund of 50% of the visit cost

- Cancelation with less than 12 hours notice- no refund will be given

Do you see patients in person?

No, all of our appointments are done via HIPPA compliant telehealth platform from the convenience of your home, office, hotel room, etc. 

What states do you service?

Currently, we see patients in Texas, Florida, and Arizona. 


You do not have to live in one of these states to be seen as a patient, but you must be PHYSICALLY PRESENT in one of these states at the time of your appointment.
