Perimenopause and Menopause

Early perimenopause

Mid to late perimenopause

Mid to late perimenopause

Perimenopause symptoms can begin as early as age 35. These symptoms may include hot flashes, night sweats, and weight gain (especially around the middle!)

Perimenopause lasts, on average, 7 years; almost a decade of our lives as women! Late perimenopause symptoms might include unpredictable menstrual cycles, joint pain, and brain fog.

Menopause and beyond

Menopause and beyond

The average age for menopause in the U.S. is 52 years old. Menopause is defined as 12 consecutive months without a menstrual cycle. Common symptoms and conditions that may develop during menopause and beyond include vaginal dryness, painful sex, frequent UTIs, and osteoporosis.

You don't have to dread menopause

No, really, you don't!

There are so many safe, effective treatment options available that help alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life. Here at Blooming Women's Wellness, we offer a variety of both traditional treatments, like hormone replacement therapy, as well as alternative methods for symptom management, like herbals, homeopathic remedies, and lifestyle modifications.
